Working with private landowners, promoters and developers across the country for more than 40 years, Karen now advises on principally residentially led strategic land promotion opportunities including site assembly, promotion, option and conditional sale agreements.

Karen has a commitment to make site visits when and where appropriate. An initial FOC site visit will be undertaken to ensure a thorough understanding of the project specifics, and to ensure that both parties are happy to work together.

As all projects are site specific and bespoke fee quotations are tailored to each individual project and the majority of all transactions are taken on an agreed fixed fee basis. For those very few matters where this is not appropriate there is a fee based on an hourly charging rate, currently £200 per hour and it is Karen’s practice to agree on a minimum and maximum fee in any event to provide certainty for the client. Travelling costs and disbursements relevant to any transaction are in addition to the fee agreed.
